Something broken, something confusing, or something missing? Write to us. There is no support desk and no ticket number — the mail goes to the people who made the app, and we usually answer within a couple of days.
If you are reporting something broken, telling us your iPhone model and iOS version saves a round trip.
Common questions
Which cities are in the app?
Several cities are in the app already, and we keep adding places to them. If yours is not there yet, write to us and say so. That is how we decide which city comes next.
Can I add my own list?
You can import your own Google Maps lists and share them as a link. Importing is open to a small group of people at a time while we build it. Write to us if you want to join.
Does it work without an internet connection?
Yes. A list you have added stays on your phone, so you can use it when you travel without a data plan.
Is there an Android version?
Not at the moment. friendtips is an iPhone app. If enough people ask, we will look at it seriously.
Something is wrong with a place
Hours change and places close. If you find one that is wrong, tell us which place and what is off, and we will fix the list.
